Delivery Process
Once the order is received, our team will contact that customer via mail or phone call to confirm the details of the order. Before delivery, our team may contact you to confirm your availability at delivery address.
Delivery Charges
No delivery charges will applicable for all orders collected from our showroom in Karama, Dubai. The delivery charges will be as per below.
Within Dubai
- AED 50 for orders below AED 500.
- Free Delivery above AED 500.
To Sharjah & Ajman
- AED 80 for all orders.
To Ajman
- AED 125 for all orders.
To Umm Al Quwain
- AED 200 for all orders.
To Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah (Upto 150 kms from Dubai)
- -AED 280 for all orders.
To Abu Dhabi & Al Ain(Upto 150 kms from Dubai)
- -AED 380 for all orders.
Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary between 2 to 15 working days within UAE depending on the type of item ordered by the customer.
Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation will be sent to customer by Mail/Whatsapp/SMS within 1 day of receipt.
